The Restaurant

A Belle Époque Parisian bistro

In the heart of place du Maréchal Juin, between Ternes, Pereire and the Arc de Triomphe, Paris Bonheur cultivates a Belle Époque-inspired setting — warm wood, curved lines, mirrors and deep-green banquettes. A neighbourhood address for lunch, dinner or a drink at the counter.

Awards & distinctions

« Ideally located on place du Maréchal Juin, this address from the Stéphane Manigold group dons Belle Époque finery with playful nods to Alsace. In a lively atmosphere, guests feast on bistro classics (cromesquis de pied de veau sauce gribiche, steak au poivre et spaetzle, quenelle de brochet…), or give in to the temptation of one of the fine cuts of meat for sharing displayed in the dry-aging cellar. Happiness in the heart of Paris. »

The Chef

Pauline Nicolas

Conceived by Stéphane Manigold and chef Nicolas Beaumann — 2 Michelin stars and chef of Maison Rostang — Paris Bonheur entrusts its kitchen to Pauline Nicolas, named Best Chef of the Year 2026 by the Petit Pudlo des Bistrots. A sincere, precise and generous bistro cuisine, with a few nods to Stéphane Manigold's Alsace.

Alsace

A nod to Alsace

Stéphane Manigold is from Alsace, and the house shows it quietly: the pretzel stand by the counter, the spätzle alongside the beef fillet, Licorne on tap. An accent laid over a resolutely Parisian bistro kitchen.
