Paris Bonheur
A stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe, Paris Bonheur celebrates the Parisian art of living: a generous French cuisine to share, fine cuts of meat and a happy hour at the counter.
The Restaurant
A Belle Époque Parisian bistro
In the heart of place du Maréchal Juin, between Ternes, Pereire and the Arc de Triomphe, Paris Bonheur cultivates a Belle Époque-inspired setting — warm wood, curved lines, mirrors and deep-green banquettes. A neighbourhood address for lunch, dinner or a drink at the counter.

The Chef
Nicolas Beaumann & Pauline Nicolas
Conceived by Stéphane Manigold and chef Nicolas Beaumann — 2 Michelin stars and chef of Maison Rostang — Paris Bonheur entrusts its kitchen to Pauline Nicolas, named Best Chef of the Year 2026 by the Petit Pudlo des Bistrots. A sincere, precise and generous bistro cuisine, with a few nods to Stéphane Manigold's Alsace.

The Menu
Sharing cuisine
A homemade French cuisine: egg mayonnaise, Croque Bonheur, macaroni gratin, fine cuts of meat to share, comforting desserts and a children's menu. Weekday lunch formula.
